Task # 5: Poe paragraph - (new link - it should be fixed) write a paragraph how creates the feeling of uneasiness and a mood of dread in the story. This assignment is on your own, this should be completed individually by Wed 2/28/18.
Be sure to comment on your quotes ...see example below
For example, “The thousand injuries of Fortunato I had borne as I best could; but when he ventured upon insult, I vowed revenge.” (pg. 73) This was the opening sentence to the story and with the vocabulary used, it has set an unsettling mood because Montresor was vowing revenge on someone else. Poe used the word ‘vow’ in a powerful manner and it helped shape the mood of the story so early on.
